Casino Show Insurance: Coverage, Cost and Same-Day Guide

A casino show is an exhibition where manufacturers and suppliers display slot machines, gaming tables and related equipment, sometimes with live demonstrations. Organizers should clarify whether games are only shown or actually played, who owns the heavy equipment on the floor and what coverage each exhibitor brings.

Which guide answers my question?

Which activities should the application describe?

Insurers price and review casino show insurance from the activity plan, not the event name. Describe who is responsible for each of these arrangements:

  • Clarify whether the casino show exhibits equipment or operates games.
  • Identify demonstrations, prizes and any money stakes.
  • Coordinate specialist exhibitors and public access.

What kind of claim is this insurance for?

Suppose a visitor is pinned against a display cabinet when an exhibitor's pallet jack loaded with a slot machine rolls into the aisle and alleges that the casino-show organizer caused the injury. That is the kind of third-party claim event liability insurance may address, subject to the policy terms. If an exhibitor's slot machine or electronic gaming table is damaged during load-in or tipped over in transit, you may need a separate coverage option; ordinary event liability is not automatically the answer.

What should I have ready for a quote?

  • The legal name of the casino-show organizer who will be the named insured.
  • Event dates, setup and teardown times, the venue address and expected daily attendance.
  • The venue contract or permit, including any certificate and additional insured wording it requires.
  • Whether alcohol is served, sold or brought by guests, and who serves it.
  • Hired vendors, performers and equipment rentals, and any activity beyond the list above.

Request a quote with your event details. Submitting the form does not bind insurance.
